When you visit our website or buy a ticket to one of our events, we may process the following information about you:
Contact information: Name, email address, phone number, country.
Professional information (when buying a ticket): Workplace, profession, job title.
Practical information (when buying a ticket): Dietary requirements, accessibility needs, how you heard about the event.
Payment information: We do not receive your card details ourselves. These are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor.
Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type and how you use the website. This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
3. Why we process your data and legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes:

Analytics and marketing cookies from Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) require your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on the site.
5. Who we share your data with
We only share data with partners who help us run our business:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Ticket Tailor (ticketing system)
- Squarespace (website hosting)
- Google (analytics and tag management)
- Meta (advertising on Facebook and Instagram)
- LinkedIn (advertising on LinkedIn)
- Our accountant and bookkeeper (financial processing)
- The venue or hotel (name lists only, if required for access)
We never sell your data to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of our partners (Stripe, Squarespace, Google, Meta, LinkedIn) are American companies, so your data may be transferred to the US. Such transfers take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which provide an adequate level of protection.
7. How long we keep your data
- Order data and receipts: 5 years (Danish Bookkeeping Act)
- Event contact information: Up to 12 months after the event
- Newsletter and marketing: Until you unsubscribe
- Cookie-based analytics: Maximum 14 months
